What happens after you die...

A friend of mine died in hospital last night and i went to the funeral. I was wondering what happens after you die and get buried. Some people think you turn into a ghost and some people think you live a new life and in the bible it said if you're good you can go to heaven and enjoy a life there and if you're bad you go to hell.

actually that's what I sometimes wonder about. I wonder what is spirit world like, do they have to work like we the living ones do? and all other questions
yea well the bible also mentions purgatory so where is this anyway? is it located in some kind of border between the two worlds lol interesting

Regardless of your believes, I think its WONDERFULL to believe you will be reunited with your love ones! It's the fuel to be a better person here.
For sure NOBODY in this world can confirm what happens after life. But you can choose what to believe, and it is definitely more conforting to believe Life is energy and it never can be destroyed, it will go on transforming, and as LIFE, will keep developing LIFE! Thanks God Nobody can make me believe different!
