why do female hamsters bite more then male hamsters?

I think that is their habit too or they must take care of their babies so they must more fierce.

Yes, hamsters are very aggresive when they have babies. But you shouldn't touch them when they are having babies right?

What I know the female hamster will become aggressive when she is pregnant and getting bite.Event the male hamster got injured badly at this time.That is the reason I think.

In general, female hamsters are more aggressive than males actually. Males are usually much more calmer and not very active. Females are exactly the reverse, jumpy and excited at everything.
