Every child has the right to play and study and that's why Indian government has put a ban on child labour. If any one is found to have employed children he or she is liable to be prosecuted. So, is it the same way in your country? Please share your knowledge.

Child Labour is prohibited in my country, but their is still children who are working and helping parent to earn a living. This kind of children are trying to help their parents to be able to them to eat. However it is punishable by law,we can't blame parents who are experiencing poverty.

parents should be blame for it because during their times, their parents usually sends them in to school, but the school that they enter is to stroll and dating with their loved ones, they have no interest on their studies.... and if they passed on their subjects and find a job someday, most of the companies are not accepting those newly graduates about the grades that they present very very low college school grade results.... jobs are very plenty but few applicants are capable or passed the standards of job... a day passed and they become parents soon and have the urge to produce 10 children that can't support to feed them all.... so that is the reason why a forced child labor is in need.... so the cycle of life is going on and on since their 10 children's having no foundations for their future..... we already know that money is not a reason why children can't enter to school so we have to blame the parents.....

I am also in India. Though there is a ban on child labour here there are still a lot of small kids working in hotels and small restaurants. Also in a lot of factories. I guess nobody is doing anything about this.

I am also from the same country(INDIA) ......The act given by the government that every child has the right to play and study..if any one found to have employed children he or she is liable to be prosecuted......is incomplete....it is injustice to punish the employer....most of the childern employed by the employer will voluntarily....come to the job...bcos they're earning money!!!!....if u ask me....the parents who send their children must be punished and if we consider the orphaned children....the government must find such children and forcibly join them in some charity homes for children!!!and provide them education So wad do u say.....!!!!

it is very prohibited in our country but it is not implemented properly, laws don't have claw to catch those person who are forcing a child to do a job and also due to the economic condition of our country, some chld don't have any choice but to do work for their family, financial problem that even eating 3 times a day is a very big pronlem, but child should be in school studying and now working at their very your age ^ ^
