In the past my secret technique of slimming in the diet is to be a vegetarian, especially vegan diet, but I do take vitamins because its dangerous sometimes to be a vegan because vitamin b12 is lacking in vegetables. Sometimes getting slimmer is really frustrating and hard - you cannot eat your favorite food sometimes and always being tempted in food

I do everything depends on needs. :))
Exercise, yes, but I take light exercise every morning after wake up.
Intense dieting, well mow I only do, eat less food, chew slower. This reduce my portion of food from a full plate into a half. Then I got a couple of pounds reduced in a month. Not bad.
Taking slimming medicines, exactly the the ones from herbal, is only when I think I ate too much.

I feel getting in shape is done the same way as getting out of shape: by habit! What a person needs to do is change one bad habit for one good one and the pound will drop as quickly as they went on. Instead of eating cake, have fruit for a snack. Instead of sitting infront of the tv for an hour, get on some ear buds and head out for a walk. Instead of 12 ounce curls (drinking) hit some steel instead. It's all very simple and worked wonders for me!

hi dear reyah23. getting in shape later is rather a tough job.
so it is advisable not to loose ones shape and maintain and retain it right from the start with good exercise .slimming medicine will hurt yo in the longer run!!be careful . go for the advice of the experts if need be!!

Hi! I go on a diet but non an intense diet. I no longer go for a second cup of rice making the food serving I eat less. I also eat less junk foods and sweets...though I'd eat from time to time because I don't want to deprive myself. I would like to exercise but I've a knee condition right now so I think I'll do that later when I've lost lots of pounds already. I don't go on an intense diet since I'm not in a hurry anyway.

I'm actually starting a new exercise regime tomorrow where I'm making sure I go swimming three mornings a week and to the gym four afternoons. Adding to that I'm trying to cut out fizzy drinks and only drink water, sometimes juice (when water tastes too bland) and make sure I take a multi vitamin to keep healthy. I'm hoping this will add up to a fitter, more toned body by Christmas!! I don't have any body issues per se, but I can no longer claim having the best legs I've ever seen so I'm going to work at reclaiming those!! It sucks when you get older and things start to need maintenance, rather than stick around for no apparent reason.
