Bux.to scam or money maker?

I have been with Bux.to for some time and have almost make the $10 payout but the website seems not to load. I Started doing for research and found some mixed reviews of this site. Before I sink some cash into getting referals, does anyone have any information to share?

I am also the member at the site, but don't go anymore now, as the request i had made for payment is pending from months, so its not wise to invest till you your self get paid.

Are you a premium member? Sounds like standard members get paid twice a year while premium members get paid more often!
