What do you think about getting 7 referrals

A few days ago i have started a discussion about a survey site. It was not for the purpose of advertising. I have started this discussion because i was going good with that site.
This is not the only reason. Someone helped me to earn from there. So the discussion was also to thank her. Luckily she got the message.
That discussion of mine turned in to an advertisement.lol It is true. I thought everyone would respond to this discussion. But many of them asked for that site.lol
So as i am also trying to male money. I gave everyone the link( with my referrals link)who has asked for that site. I was asked around 30 persons who either PM me or asked me for that site.
So i gave all of them the link. But today when i checked that site i found out only 7 person joined using my referral.
I am grateful to them because they know how to respect others effort.
But what do you think about the others? Don't want to say this but don't they feel any shame when they ask for a site?
Also what do you think about i got 7 referrals?

You got 7 referrals that is really great buddy. I'm really horrible at getting referrals trust me. Also what ever i earn here so far is totally based on my participation. I sit here whole day long posting stuff.
So don't be sad at 7 referrals mate. It is pretty good and would surely contribute to your earnings. Just hope that they are rally active people so that you benefit from it. All the best.

Thanks for the comments friend. I know 7 referrals is a big amount where others do not want to make you a referral. You are not the only one who has this terrible experience. There are others including me.
It hurts somewhat that after helping others when i get something like this in return.

I think this a part of the game. You should be happy that a discussion started without any intention to get any refferals actually resulted in seven of them. Yes by your discussion it surely seems that the success rate has been low and this gives a feeling of betrayal. I have personally experienced this many a time. Infact a friend of mine moved in at my home to understand what's on the net to earn some residual income and i sent links to his mail address but he did join them all but without any refferal of mine. It does feel odd but that's what this world is all about.

It was very bad happened to you. I think yours was more painful than mine. A friend betrayed you.
Well i think there are some people who is like this. Previously i have also started a discussion on this topic of betrayal.
There are many people who do not wish to make even their friends referrals. As you have experienced.
I think all these kind of people need is the definition of unity.

7 referrals is quit good, and should add not only to your earnings, but also to the quality of your discussions - IF they stay active. I have found the the vast majority of referrals either never contribute anything, or more likely drop off after a few days.
The fact that only a few who asked for your referral link and didn't join could be that they would more than likely fit this category of people who decided that Mylot is not for them. Out of the 7 who actually joined, you have a better chance of some of them continuing. I don't think there should be any shame or blame attached to someone who asks for a referral link then does not continue with the joining process.
I have 20 referrals and only 1 of them has contributed to any discussions (one response).

I have a few referrals that have joined on some of my sites. Some are very active. While others have only visited there sites only once,and that was when they signed up. I think what what some of my referrals did is that they told me they would join one of my sites if I join theres, and then after I joined they stopped visiting mine.

It is right 30 people were asked for the link. There is no need that every one should join as your referral. They have the right to see the site and evaluate it. After that only they can decide whether to join or not.7 people joined as your referral. 23 people decided to not join. Quite normal things. I see nothing special there. Are you expecting that those who request for link must compulsorily join with you?

I don't think 23 people got the same view. I also think that some people might not liked the site or have joined before. But my friend i have attached a picture on that discussion of getting the bonus i got by completing the surveys.
If a member sees that picture he or she can easily identify which site that is. It is different from any other site.
It is not the first time it happened to me. In another site which is a review site & has a great earning potential i have sent 22 invitations & got only 4 referrals. Do you think the same incident happens again & again.
I hope you can understand what i feel about it & what i want to say.

Well, seven (7) referrals is an achievement darksorrow. Compared to me I got only a few referrals but none of them are active here in myLot. The only possible reason that I could think of is that maybe those people that asked for the link just checked out the site and assessed for themselves whether they'd want to join or not. Perhaps the 23 (30 minus 7) people decided to not join you in this endeavor. As for me, I'm quite intrigued with this site, would you mind sending me a message regarding this website? Thank you.

If someone is frustrated about survey site then it is an ideal place for removing that frustration i believe. It is the only site that gave me a true survey royal bengal tiger (ur avatar)

well that's happy.
i wish i could get as much referral as you. i don't have a site with any referral. well, i have 3 referrals here in mylot but they are not active. i don't know, maybe they are just busy with other things. i just try to earn here little by little everyday on my own, not much but it's getting bigger as it get's accumulated each day. and i enjoy it here so it's not bad at all.

Well, I think getting 7 referrals is not bad. At least there are people who are interested in doing the stuff you do in MyLot.

If I could ever get 7 referals regardless of how many I sent out I would be grateful. I have only ever gotten a couple at the most. I know it sucks to put that kind of effort out and not receive anything in returen but at least you only lost your time and not anything else.
And now that you have those 7 your success at that sight will only get better. I wish I had your luck or way with refferal.

I got no refferals but im just a new newbie, still i have had this kind of experience with other websites, i think that the people that do this kind of this are just too greedy in a weird way for all in all they dont lose anything but they just do it to harm the hard work of others. Shame on you people.

I think 7 referrals is a good number even though 30 asked. Like some others said maybe they decided it wasnt for them. Then again you never know maybe some of the ones who asked could already be members to that site. I believe 7 is better then 0. Congrats on the 7 that you did get...
