Epinions and its 10 for 10 Promotion?

How does Epinions work (how do you earn on it and wat is the minimum amount of words needed to wriet) and is the 10 for 10 Promotions still on?
Do you just get automatically $10 for writing 10 reviews? And say if I wrote 60 reviews, I would get at least $60 automatically? Thanks.
