PTC - Is this important ???

Trusted sites and paying is all important I know, otherwise why click right? That being said, I was clicking and thinking about the designs of PTC sites.... Some of them are so easy and fun to click, like neobux and clixsenses. Buxillion highlights the link with a dashed box and that remains until you return, making it easy to keep track of. Others are confusing. I loose my place on some of them and have to refresh the page to see where I'm at. I hate that! Idealbux has lines of text and great a color. Now clickin.me has text lines too but I like it better because the text link will change to strike through after you've clicked it. I wonder if the admins take the design into consideration. Do they care about easy of use? Do you? Are the well designed sites a sign that it will be a long standing trusted site? Money aside, what your favorite PTC site in terms of use?
