Paid to write for International members(Indians)?

I am currently a member at associatedcontent. I dont think they pay indians upfront payment for articles but i think you can still get money on how many people view your articles. I think that it is a dollar fifty for every one thousand page views. You will have to go check it out yourself though since I live in the united states and only know it about the facts of members living here.
