Granny, I have a friend that if I hear from her I have to call her she never picks up the phone to call me. What should I do?

If you really like this friend and you want to stay friends you will need to keep calling them. Some people are just not good at initiating contact. They like talking with you but they are too focused on other things. Sometimes they are just too busy, but usually it is just they are focused on other things that they can easily give up to talk with you. Call when you feel like talking. Suit your need to communicate. If you want to punish your friend you can stop calling, but that might make you both feel a lot worse than you feel about it right now.
