Help! Granny is out of $ and needs a job.

I am a retired people helper. I used to work in the mental health field, the health field, the nutrition field, and the emergency services field. I worked as a social worker, a case manager, a program developer, etc.
I got cancer 5 years ago and needed to move across country to help care for sick and elderly parents. I now am living is a very rural area caring for my 90 year old father. I need to make at least $1000 a month to keep the home going and food on the table. I can work from home and make phone calls.
Do you kno of any real work out there that I might do?

Granny, If you find some REAL work that you are able to do at home and on the computer, please let me know about it. I would like to check it out also. I have been looking at a variety of things but many of them make big promises and don't deliver. I have found many that were huge disappointments.
