Working out everyday isn't going to make you buff, but instead, going to make your muscles tire. You work up your muscles to its limit every other day. For best results, I prefer every other two days, because you cannot work everything out in just a day. So it would be three muscle part a day. Example, monday: Back and biceps, abs, tuesday: chest, legs, abs, wednesday: shoulder, triceps, abs, then thursday back to the same workout as monday. Sunday is rest day. Abs should be everyday. You do every muscle part about 4 kinds of exercise, about 3 to four sets, and you should adjust to the proper weight. Too light and your barely working out, too heavy and your going to injure yourself and your barely doing a workout. Just wasting your energy. And take some supplements if you really need to buff out fast. I'm talking here hypocritically, i don't do these because don't have time.
