Im thinking about becoming a model to save up money for college (let me remind you im a teenager in highschool). I was auditioning for model productions agency and I made it to the finals but I didnt know I would have to pay, so I didnt have the money right away and I am unable to participate. Does anybody have any ideas so I can get started.

No ideas for sure, but I suggest you make sure this isn't a scam. I have heard stories of places that do this, claim you made finals of some audition thing, when really everyone does, and then start nailing you with fees without really getting you any work so to speak. Just saying be careful with these things and make sure you don't get scammed.

please do not pay these people, a real modelling agency would not ask you for any money upfront, if they were to recoup their costs they would take their percentage from your fees should you be successful. Check out "the real hustle modelling agency" and see if wat you went through is similar to this,if it is dont do it!

We didnt pay. I saw some parents that had 2-3 children that made it and they paid $150 for each. And when you make it to the finals you have to go against hundreds of other people for one spot. they only choose one person and its tough. So i decided not to go through. they let alot of people through to the finals so they could get money. i decided to just send a portfolio to an agency. thanx
