B-u-x.net is not opening

Hi friends. A few days ago buxhot vanished from cyber world and along with it went all my clicking effort. Today b-u-x.net is not opening. I think it went down the drain as well. I think we all dedicated clickers and online earners should do something about it. Does anyone know of the way to get authority figures to make a law so we wont be scammed and will get paid regardless of the status of that website.
