I just noticed a post from someone who I hadn't seen in a while, I very rarely remember people by their name. I usually just notice the persons icon next to their name and to me that is who they become. I know some people change their picture so really I lose track of them. It's good to see a familiar face so to speak though so cheers to all the people who keep the same picture.

My avatar is recognizable and I have been using it since day 1 in mylot. All my friends here recognize me by my avatar.. and of course my nickname too.

Oh I have to change my avatar because your right it does become like me and when my mood changes my avatar changes with it. I do try to keep my avatars limited to no more than a few but I will run into some that I feel 'fit' me then its hard not
to change, their like my little babies that I carry around with me, lol

If this means anything, I am not like that with my emails (hint hint, topic?) and have only had 2 major emails since I have been online, I have had 2 minor emails that I only held for a couple months when I used to do sweepstaking as a hobby, I have since deleted them but I take my email much more seriously because its just too much a hassle update everyone one I know on a new address when I move so often (hey, i think of myself as pioneer,lol)
