Question about buying referrals on PTC (neobux)

If there's a lot of people buying referrals. How can i sold myself so that I can be there referrals. Is that how its works. Can you explain it to me because I'm just new here on PTC sites.

Are you a member of Neobux; because if you are I don't think you can be someone elses referral. That would mean you would have to sign up again under them, and since your all ready signed up you wouldn't be able to do that. If not a member just sign up under your friend.
