Of course I don't mind it at all. I searched the information via the net and I made it to a Word file. You can try to download it here http://www.namipan.com/downfile/%E8%87%AA%E5%B7%B1%E5%8A%A8%E6%89%8B%E5%81%9A%E6%9C%88%E9%A5%BC.doc/98739dc563a1506204c9dd43678a85ce813a37be005c0000

Hi youless, I have taken a close watch on the photo attached. They look really lovely and delicious. I feel hungry and drooly when looking at them I love moon cake filled with lotus seed paste without egg yolk, besides I do like those filled with 5 different seeds (wu ren). You are really a great genius in cooking my friend, and I wonder how you could still manage to find time to bake the yummy moon cake. posting and have a wonderful mooncake festival.

Thank you youless, for willing sharing the recipes with me. I know very well that, only people like you who have talent in cooking could successfully prepare what you wish even though the recipe is new to you. for me it’s quite difficult to bake those moon cakes. I think I would rather buy them from the hypermarket. posting and good luck.

Hello youless. You have either forgotten to upload the moon cake photo or you have opened more than one window when you uploaded the photo, I guess, because I cannot see the photo here. Anyway, you can still upload it here under my response for me to have a look at next time. Yeah, I know that your colleagues will be very jealousy about it for your being talented in making the cakes, including the bread you once made months back when you bought the break-making machine. In fact, I am getting jealousy. I am very happy for Mr. Youless to have such a capable spouse as to make anything she tries and manages to. Great job, youless. Please keep it up.

I know that your business is booming from making cakes. I know that you really have to enjoy baking for this to be going on regularly. About how many cakes do you make a week? It seems that your really doing well and you keep up the good work. Betty Krocker, your the baker and you know you got it going on. Have a good one.

WOw.......you made 20 mooncakes. You should sell them. Clever. What is the filling inside the mooncake? Does it have yolk? Is it lotus paste? I like to eat mooncake too especially the amway's shanghai lotus single yolk mooncake. But then it is very expensive. Mooncakes are very expensive in my place so I don't buy it.Plus I like the boxes which comes with the mooncakes. They are very nice to collect.

The inside is lotus paste and I don't put a yolk because I made mini moon cakes It's too difficult to have so many ingredients inside the moon cake.

I have never seen a "moon cake" before, but must say these are just beautiful. Are they delicate? Are they like a donut or pastry or like a roll/bun?
