All meat is dangerous when you ate too much on that product.. anyways, chicken is good onto ur health if you maintain a balance diet but if you overtake chicken and eat too much of it especially the skin, you'll catch skin diseases.. I forgot the disease name.. hehe.. happy mylotting and welcome =)

It can be. But it does depend on how it is prepared. Grilled for instance is better than fried. Stir fry with veggies is healthier too.

Well, it's a good source of protein. Plus, I know for sure, chicken SOUP, with veggies and/or noodles, is particularly good for you when you're down with a cold.

well I can't say that chicken is really good for our health, because if you always eat chicken, it won't do good for you. when you eat anything more than sufficient, its not good for your health, anything less sufficient will be inadequate. so we have to eat everything in balance.
