is it the right time to invest into stock?

I know it is the bear market now. Is any body here stilling invest money into stocks market?

It depends on the country really and the market situation. In my country where investors are going away due to the worsening economic activities, I won't gamble and invest into stocks. But if you live in progressing countries with developing economies, it's good to do so.
