What do you say to ask to get married?

I've been goig out with someone a lot lately and i was wondering what do you say when you when you want to ask someone to marry you?

Well firstly make sure you ask her father for permission first. It's kinda tradition. Basically just ask her whenever you feel the moment is right. Can be on a romantic walk, during a meal etc.
