Problem with e-bay & amajon

Hi guys. I live in bangladesh. I heard about e-bay and amazon. Many people do online business through these sites.
But I want to know if Can I buy something from there? If i can then how will I pay the money? And how can i be sure that seller is not cheating with me or he will must send me the product. If I buy something then who will pay the import cost or frieght costs.
Is this trading safe enough? Do you have any idea? please give me some suggession.

I have sold and bought from both Ebay and Amazon. If you would like to buy an item, you would have to check if the seller ships internationally. You can send him or her an email if you have any doubts. Some sellers would accept Paypal or other forms of payment that you can agree on. Sellers would usually post the shipping costs and if they are included in the sale price or if the buyer has to pay for it. You can also check the seller's reputation if buyers are satisfied with their business transactions with that particular seller. If you have any concerns, you can also send your questions to Ebay or Amazon's support desk. Hope that helps.
