are you miss the days when there is no phone and computer?

No I don't really miss the days of letter writing. I would write letters to people and they would never write me back but when I email people they seem to email back as it is faster. I still use the phone so I cant say I wiss the phone.

i love to wright letters to,but youre right i would miss my lap top more then everything else cause that is the contact to my family and friends

I dont because I think that no one can read my handwriting. I like being able to communicate by email because there is no difficulty with that. I think that I will someday be able to communicate by black berry or something like that. I like to be able to communicate with others via blackberry or text.

I love letter writing and I still do see manual books on the subject in the book store so people like us still do exist but my problem is that I do not do it as frequently as I used to and now only for special occasions. I end up holding off writing by hand saying I will not use the computer to do it but then do not get around to it because Im doing other things so now I have made a goal to not set the standards so high and I will send only one page letters and not get all fancy with greeting cards (because, i dont have the money for this can become an excuse) and another thing is I like to hold off until I have a mini photo album to send but that money can easily add up if your communicating with even three people so I crossed that expectation off my list, people just like to hear from you I found and it doesn't matter all that, and if you get around to it later then good do it but don't not write the letter at all. I do like having my Rock You account because then I can just upload pictures that way and easily have them put on my MySpace page even though I don't think all my relatives use the computer that often that this would matter and that is why letter writing is important to me because you show your taking the time and effort to reach out to them.

hi friend! you know what, we feel the same. i also miss the times that we do snail mail. i miss the time that i have to walk to the post office to send my letters. but most of all i miss writing. because writing is one of my passion in life. i believe that writing a letter is very very different from just sending an e-mail or text messages. because writing connotes your effort in writing it...because you have to write carefully plus your effort in thinking what to write. written letters are more personal. you could even keep this letters as memorabilias, especially for lovers. wouldnt you like to have a remembrance when your partner has written you a love letter? wouldnt it be sweeter when you see this letter that you have keep for so long? so i really hope that someday we would not forget the snail mail. because what a shame it would be, not just for us today but for our future generations. what an experience they could have missed. so i suggest that let us still write letters. happy writing!!
