did you have a traumatic experience today?

[b]i did and it was about me seeing a man eyes, mouth, chest with his hands on his back tied using a packaging tape. we were looking for a place to eat when suddenly my boyfriend and i decided to have breakfast before heading off to work named GOODAH. it is pouridge restaurant. so as soon as we arrived and headed for the tables, we said "is anybody in here?" like several times and then i heard someone say, "there is nobody in here!" several times too then this man came out of the door and i got so shocked thinking that the holdapers are still inside the place so my boyfriend and i ran out of the place. my boyfriend was intending to help out but i got so angry due to my panic attacks so he jumped on my car and we ran off. i never thought of calling a police or for help because i got so scared and i was so terrified with what i saw. while i was driving my right feet was trembling even my hands and i felt so cold that i wanted to cry. good thing there was this man who went to the place to eat too called for help but i got so angry so i never thought of it. until now what happened still scares me. how about you? have you had any traumatic experiences like this?[/b]
