fruit just doesnt taste good this year

i have noticed it doesnt taste as good this year. it doesnt have that sweet taste.3 times the price but doesnt taste good. even banannas are priced up there. they went from 24 cents a pound to 67 cents a pound i mean come on. when i went to the store last night to get milk and butter i walked the fresh produce isle and well i would not afford anything there. i mean 2.29 for an orange. 1.99 for an apple. give me a break. the farmers markets here are just as bad. they want 4.00 for a cantalope. the size of it is like a half way between a softball and a volley ball. this is just to much. my kids want fruit i want fruit hubby wants fruit and well witht he price of it cant do it.

really? in my place, i notice that if there is too much rain, the fruit will be less sweet. i don't know why. maybe when water is too much available, the fruit will contain more water, so it tastes less sweet. just in my opinion. anyway, fruit is important to keep us healthy. so, despite the price, we always buy fruits.
