Do you sleep with your socks on?

I do indeed sleep with my socks on when it's cold and mostly in the winter. I've never heard this saying but I'll try it tonight and see how it goes. Personally, I don't think that I could even fall asleep if I sleep with socks if it is hot but even though it is warm, it's worth a try.

I don't sleep with my socks on, but my son does. I have asked him on several occassions why he does it and his response is that its comfortable and he likes it. But my arguement is that I have 7 extra pair of socks to wash, dry and match eash week! LOL Because when he wakes up he puts on a new pair for the day. So I have to wash, dry and match a minimum of 14 pair each week. That is of course more if he has some type of sporting event that usually has socks as a part of the uniform. One of my brothers also wears socks to bed and he says because he doesn't like for his barefeet to touch the floor. I suggested slippers, but he said that would feel like he had on shoes 24 hours a day.
