What's wrong with Federer these days??

a mix of injury and mental health, its a phase, he past it well, and is now back to no 1 !

lack of form... bit of rustiness appears. but i believe he will get back his golden touch. after a couple of defeats from nadal, i feel he is cross with himself. this has lowered his esteem and this problem has creeped up...FORM IS TEMPORARY, CLASS IS PERMANENT

we all know that this started way back in the australian open when we was defeated by novak. we all know that he suffered from mononucleosis that pretty sure made a difference in his game. it carried for long that it affects his performance in other matches too including his favorite grass court at all england club. he was in no good shape and never was his best during those times that i believe he wasn't able to sustain the stamina he got in previous years. yet, that's just part one of it and we hope not to forget that king rafa has been improving his games and been good at it so far. he avoid injuries in recent and important tournament in his career and almost winning everyone of it except in cincinnati and hopefully he could carry it more in the US open finals. as of the moment, nadal struggle in the first round but after then he turn the tide and dispatched anyone in his path easily. whereas federer, had no problem in the opening day but struggle to find his form in the second round yet yesterday he displayed another brilliant performance and reach the round of 16.

I don't really follow tennis that much so I don't really know. What happened to him? Has he fallen far? I think he just won his match at the US Open pretty easily, didn't he? Maybe he has just had a few bad games, which happens with athletes? Even Kobe Bryant will be off his form some games.

He is certainly over confident and had over practice thats why he performs like that in tournament. There are two factors a why player losses. One is lack of practice and second is over practice. Federer got one of it.
