How to tell that someone special that you love him/her?

Hello Guys,
I have a friend who has tried everything to get her crush to notice her. So far nothing has happened. She has changed her looks, the way she dresses and many more. I have suggested her to directly tell him that she is interested in him but she has denied my suggestion. So, I thought I would ask all of your help to get her through her love.... Please give me your suggestions and comments of how she could approach to him or even get his attention. Your help is kindly appreciated.

If your friend tried to change the way she look and yet her crush still didn't notice her and she even decline to approach her crush. If this guy is her friend then try to be friendly enough like.. be with this guy whenever he needs a friend to talk to or hang out with him if there's a chance and let him feel that she cares for this guy by simply reminding him not to skip his meal and drive safely. maybe the guy would find her sweet and eventually would notice her. try those slowly but surely moves. what do you think?

They are friends. Yes, he is always around her whenever he needs to talk about something or share his happiness such as a salary increase and so forth. I guess we do think alike. I did recommend her this option as well. To my understanding at least the friendship will grow if love doesn't. Thank you so much.
