Harry Potter movies/books and cloths

Did you ever notice that in the harry potter movies the charecters wear muggle clothes but in the books the wear cloeks and hats I just noticed this yesterday and wonderd if anyone else put any thought into it.

I too noticed it, but never gave it a second thought as movies are lot different from books. I also find them good looking in muggle clothes.

Well I guess they are not able to look into that detail. They may be pressured to come up with a movie that would liked by everyone.

I actually noticed that too... in the first two films... they wore cloaks... but during the third film... they started wearing muggle clothes... and i think that is because of the director... they changes a lot of things when it comes to the movies... so the movies are only based on the books... I think that is okay... since i don't really like seeing the characters wear black all the time...

Yeah I realized that and I have to confess I don't like it. It would be better if they wore the same clother described in the books. But I think they want the movies to be more realistic than books.

I don't think it matters really. The film has many things in it that are different from the book, it's just a way for a director to put his own spin on things and make it his own. The films are all still rather amazing.

yah i have always noticed that. anyways i hate the movies , they are a lot different from the books and the real charm is lost when they cut so many good scenes and stuff from the real story..
