Back To The Old Routine

For the past week or so I have been working on getting back into a routine with my son to get him ready to go back to school on Wednesday as he is going into Senior Kindergarten which he has every Monday, Wednesday, and every second Friday. Now this first month is going to be a big deal to him as not only is he going back to school... but there is a good chance that I am going to give birth this month as well. How can I get his schedule in full swing and prepare him for becoming a big brother and possible sleepless nights as well. It would be easier if I had a partner but I am a single parent and I just want him to be as well adjusted as possible once school starts. What is your routine like for school mornings and the night before?
