Non-burning eyeliner?

Is there such a thing as an eyeliner that does not sting your eyeballs out of your head when it makes contact with your eye water,tears or whatever it is called?I love eyeliner,but have bad experiences ,especially while driving and the sun makes my eyes water and the eyeliner sets me on fire.I have nearly wrecked twice and can no longer wear any.

I think you're having allergy at low level with the components on the eyeliner. That's why you get your eyes burned. Do you wear powder before applying eyelliner? Do you put some foundation? Do you clean up your face before put any make up?
Maybe you have to try the eyeliner before you bought it, that's how the tested goes, to make sure you wouldn't pick the wrong product, because all products have different effects to different people :)

I have never had that problem. Maybe you are allergic to something they put in eyeliner. Eyeliner should go around the eye and never in it.
