Does Pet Dogs and Cats should be allowed inside work place.?

UNless u are working in a pet shop, if not most working places won't allow u to bring your pets along because they might dirty the place and be a nuisance to other co workers ^_^ hehe =D PLus, not everybody likes pet dogs and cats and some may be allergic to them also.. hehe I dun have any pets but all of my frenz has got either a dog or a cat except for me.. lol

Well I guess it depends on the nature of the company's business or the company's rules and the type of individuals or officemates and superiors you have. But in relation to the company I'm working with for nearly four years now, we have never encountered anyone (pet owner, pet lover, or otherwise) who brought any pet in the workplace. It is not explicitly included and prohibited in the office's code of conduct but somehow, I feel that it is an unwritten rule. No offense meant but eventhough you definitely love your pets, I don't think it's appropriate to bring them there; either for the welfare of your pets and your officemates. People may be shy to say it but they might be allergic to these furry friends of yours or they dislike them. Another point, I think that bringing them in a place outside their comfort zone would also make your pets uneasy. Like you, I also love dogs and cats but personally, I don't have any pet mainly because we still don't have our own house and lot. At present, we are renting an apartment here in the city. But hopefully, my spouse and I will be able to buy our own property and eventually, take care of pets. Our three year old daughter is also fond of playing with cats which pass by the house.

I guess that would depend on the type of business you had, the image you were trying to project, whether or not there was room for pets and whether or not anyone in your workplace was allergic. There is a lot to consider when taking pets to work. But I would love to have my furbabies with me at work. I have two cats, Ashley (my avatar) and Carlye.

Maybe if you work in a pet store. But most places, it would just be a distraction and not appropriate. I have 3 cats, Tiger, Sunshine and Oreo. Also 3 goldfish, no names!
