Oh thanks for that again my daughter! This is a very good tip and very timely at that. You know what... I am just starting to grow my own rosemary in my garden. I got this from a topic here at mylot and I was encouraged to plant my own. Now I have more reasons to really make good with my gardening of rosemary because of your post. Thanks a lot my dear. You've always been helpful, keep it up!

Thank you mama I really appreciate that..^_^ I am hoping to post some other information regarding natural medicines and spices.I really value natural medicines. Here in our country Ayurvedic medicine is very popular these days.I use lot of Ayurvedic products that has no side effects.I am feeling very healthy, never had to go to see a doctor for a long long time.Even When I have a headache I crush some pepper corns and make a pulp adding water and apply on my forehead,it really works,no need to take pain killers.

Wonderful! That's very good my darling daughter. Natural medicine is always my preference as well. I don't like to take painkillers that will not only kill the pain but eventually it will also kill me. I don't want to die yet because I don't want to leave you my children as orphans crying over the untimely loss of a loving mother. Ha!ha!ha!

I can give you another simple method to make skin toner using rosemary,Use one generous tablespoon of dried and chopped rosemary to 250 ml of boiling water.Place the herbs in a mug and fill it to the brim with water.Infuse for 10 minutes, strain, reserve the liquid, and allow to cool before using.Apply with cotton pads and leave to dry naturally.cheers..
