Smoking is a bad habit but for those who have been smoking for 10 years and above.. does it worth to quit something that we enjoyed most.. especially after meals, while socializing etc... what do you think smokers...??

I smoked for about 17 years. Quitting was the best thing I ever did. It is hard and takes determination but it is well worth it in the end.

It was very hard and I craved smoking for a long time. Here is an article I wrote that explains what I did to quit and some of the feelings I had. I hope that you are able to quit if that is what you want to do. So far I have watched my dad, my stepdad, my uncle, myself and my husband quit. Everyone says that they are really glad that they quit and that it was hardest to get over the cravings. Some of them are still chewing gum and candy at times because of the cravings. It does get better and easier the longer you stay off of them. Here is the article..
