I've been a ChaCha Guide for several months now, and I have referred some really great people for positions as guides. Recently, the cap on my team members was raised so I have a few more spaces left to refer people. Referrals are a great way to get your foot in the door, and they make the application process a lot faster!If you have never heard of ChaCha, it is a "human powered search engine" that combines technology and brain power to provide questions to customer's questions. ChaCha hires people to research the questions and provide short answers. They are paid per question, and can easily make $200+ each week. In order to qualify, you must have a valid U.S. mailing address and be 18+ years old. I will help anyone who is interested prepare their short application, and get ready for the simulation test (yes, you have to submit an application and pass a simulated test in order to be hired).
