Which is your FAVOURITE MOONCAKE?

My favourite mooncake has to be the champagne truffle. I just love the creamy lotus paste that is wrapped over a wonderful champagne truffle with a sweet snowskin wrapped over.
Besides this, I also enjoy the durian one with rich thick durian flesh stuffed into a very thin skin. It's absolutely delicious. There's also the traditional type of moon cake with the lotus paste and with salted egg yolks. Those taste wonderful too.
How about you? Which one is your favourite mooncake and why? :)

I don't really know which mooncake is my favorite. But I always loved to eat mooncake with yolk inside. When I was a kid, my brothers and I kept eating the mooncake with yolk and the rest without yolk were eaten by my parents. I liked those with durian, pandan taste too. But I don't eat much red bean mooncake as it is quite too heavy and bitter to me. Remember to always have water beside you when you eat mooncake as they are mostly sweet and right after eating it you may want to drink some water.
