is there a japanese here that i can be friends with? i'm just 16 yrs old.. =) i want to have a friend in Japan.. it will also quicken my nihonggo lessons.. plus.. a friend i can share ideas with... =)

I m sure there are Japanese that you can make friends with. I have many Japanese in japan and in my country as my friend. I have six son and four of them have foster family in Japan until now when they joint homestay programme in Japan. I also accept Japanese who joint homestay here.

oh.. speaking of which,. how can you have a foster parent? i'd like to have.. i'm only 17 yrs. old =)

oh.. could you teach me how?? i want to go to Japan.. while i'm still a student.. i live in the Philippines.. maybe you know some guidelines how can i arrange that.. thanks!! i really like student/youth exchange.. =)

For the third world country, Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) normally organize homestay program. You can contact JICA Alumni in your country. In the Phillipines it's called PHILJAFA (The Philippines-Japan Fellows Association) www.philjafa.org Goog luck.
