The color of blue......

They says Chow Chow has a blue tongue or a purple tongue. Not sure bout that, cause i heard from others saying it. Is it true??

I believe it is true.
It is a black / purply-blue colour on a pure bred Chow Chow.

Or more correctly:
blue-black / purple.
They are the only breed of dog with this feature.
