^_^
"gha" from the word Langga.. it is a synonym of "mahal kita" or "i love you" here in Philippines..
in this manner Langga means i care for you, i value you, you are mine..

well, we call each other HONEY. Even when we are upset with each other we still call this name. Obviously when one is upset, the tone is strong, and in a higher pitch,, but still we call each other honey. Isn't that sweet? there are times when He would call me by my name specially when it is an important business and I am not paying attention to what he is saying plus there are many people around us, that's the time he would call me by my name.

lols, I am from Orthodox, Indian origin, and being a bit elderly (I am now in late 30s) We still follow the age old custom of our area. The wife never calls the husband by name. Infact, she can never even utter his name, in public. She gets so excited, whenever to mention the name of her husband.
The husband, on the other hand, uses some pronouns, indicating his AUTHORITY over his wife.
I am not a Male Chauvanistic Pig, but, we still follow the same in our household.
