At work what is more important to you, is it attendance or productivity. Well on our job, what more important to us especially on our team is being reliable in attendance. Because for our team the more you are reliable the more you can improve yourself and become more productive. What is the good of being just productive if your always absent. What if there were come a time that you have to meet a target, can you reach those target if your always absent.

We have a guy at work who was always in attendance and always make his target sales for the month no matter how unrealistic the sales targets were. The problem is how he reach those targets! His team can sell but not like he can sell and he always outsell his entire team every month. He get to the point where he don't even try to sell anymore! He would sell on the first or last day of the month and just show up for work between then and still sell more than anyone else. If he only would just sell for the entire month maybe he can buy the company. hehe His one day sales always top over $1M CDN
