Well guys, most of us know the story between the hare and the tortoise. The hare called tortoise for a race and the tortoise accepted it. Part 1: The hare ran at full speed and created a huge gap, but the persistent tortoise did not give up it kept on running. The hare became complacent and took rest for some time, since it was far ahead. It then slept and while it woke up, it saw the tortoise close to the finish line and it lost the race eventually. Moral of the story: slow and steady wins the race. SEQUEL 1: After a few months, the hare came out of its frustration and called the tortoise for another race, and the tortoise accepted. This time the hare ran the full race at a single go with full pace and won by a comfortable margin. Moral of the story: fast and consistent wins the race SEQUEL 2: Tortoise thought for many days and came to a conclusion that it can never win against a fully prepared hare. It got an idea and called the hare for a race. It told hare that it would select the race course. It selected a race course such that only a part of it was in land and rest through river water. The hare which ran till the river stopped there as it could not swim, whereas tortoise finished race comfortably Moral of the story: Identify your core competencies, everyone will have a unique and unmatchable strength, identify it and excel in that. SEQUEL 3: After these races hare and tortoise became good friends, now hare gave an idea, and they set themselves a time frame and the hare lifted the tortoise and ran till the river and from the river the tortoise lifted the hare and took it to the other side, thereby considerably decreasing the time required for both. Moral of the story: Team work wins. TEAM: Together Everyone Achieves More. A team will build in lot of synergy thereby helping everyone to achieve more. Guess u guys liked the sequel of this age old story
