Paranormal - have you ever seen anithing by your own eyes?

i have but nobody believed me. i've seen ghosts at our house, here in the philippines and here in oman... i've also seen UFO when i was 9, i was in bed then but i was certain that i wasnt asleep yet, and again, nobody believed me... everytime something strange is happening, i just ignore it...

I have seen UFO when I use to live in Puerto Rico. A lot of people in the town have seen them also. They usually go around the sky into the mountains around midnight or 3am I dont know why but thats the time everyone sees things like that. I have seen so many things in life but in the USA I havent really seen anything is only when I am in Puerto Rico that I see things. One time near my house in P.R I saw a man walking telling me to go down the mountain with him...I was about 8 years old and it was a very crazy thing to see and it would always be at night time which is the crazy part a few days later I had visited my grandmas house and I was in her room looking at pictures and when I look at a picture of her father it was the same guy I saw that was talking to me. The crazy thing is that the land my house is built on is a land he gave to the oldest grandchild which was my dad. I never meet him or saw him but after I saw that spirit talking to me I just stoud in schock but I have a whole bunch of stories but I dont really share them with anyone because people might think your lying but I know that people where I live at in Puerto rico believe them also because they have similar stories of things that have happen to them. If i had a chance I would honestly write pages of the things I have seen when I use to live downthere and a few about the USA.

oh i have seen a white lady once when i was in an empty classroom at around 3PM. i know that classroom is where some students got posseed like 2-3 yrs back so there i stood alone, anticipating to see a ghost. so i got what i asked for. she had no head, and was floating towards me. i was frozen to where i was standing and when she was like 7 steps away from me i stepped out the door coz i was standing near it anyway. it took me quite a while to sink in that i had actually seen a ghost and i ran away and headed downstairs as fast as i can. and ive seen a couple of UFO's hovering in the sky in our area years ago. it was even featured in our local newspaper. they were a group of ships. i was only 12 that time so i forgot already what it looked like. it just looked like a set of lights but you'll notice that its not common, like a spaceship flying. but they wre very, very distant so you cant really see what the ship looked like, only its shape.

i`ve seen a man at the bottom of my bed and get knocks coming out of my wardrobe both in the middle of the night my grandma`s very physic and auntie so it must be an inherited thing though i havent developed it as i dont want to be seeing things all the time

lord. yes. in our daughter room there would be strange things happening all the time in the past. she would see things, hear voices, things would move on their own. such as we gave her a necklace with a picture of my mom and aunt to her. the locket was open and next morning it was close and facing the other way. she had the phone slide off the bathroom sink onto the floor. the door knob would turn by itself. no other kids would sleep in her room at all. i slept in there one night and heard voices like people fighting. seen something but i won;t go into that. but i had a friend came over, he got rid of them somehow, but told us there was two spirts in there, one of my mom and another a evil one, and my mom was fighting with the evil one to leave her alone, sound like my mom. but i like to look for more

Ob yes, I've had a lot of out of the norm stuff happen to me over the years. My first encounter or whatever you want to call it was when I was eight years old. I was in room alone in my bed. As I sat in my bed, I suddenly heard my grandmother call my name several times. The 'twist' of course is that my grandmother had passed away five years prior. One night while living in this same house, I was laying down with my parents in their room. The door was shut and out of no where, we heard something slam hard against the door. I mean HARD. Even in the house I live in now, I've had a few experiences since we built it back in '03. One night, I was drying off after taking a shower. As I dried off, I heard the unmistakable sound of someone walking in my living room with boots on. Whatever it was stopped at the entrance to the hallway which directly faced where I stood at the time. I've heard scratching sounds against my wall that sounded like a large animal, growling, etc. even though I don't own any large pets, just goldfish. Just to name a few.

As you just said, it is not normal so is called paranormal. I have seen UFO and I used to live in hunted house for 3 years. I was not the only witness, but still, people are shaking heads.

Several ghosts, when I was younger actually. "Witch lights" as they're called now, as well, and do precognative dreams count? ^_^

Absolutely. I know I've answered a similar question here before. I investigate paranormal places/happenings with a small group of friends. A few years ago we were at a cemetery, one I hadn't been to before. There were only 3 of us that evening. We had backed our pickup up to the gates, so the nose of the truck pointed downhill. I'd left the seat forward in the cab, so that I could easily jump in the back seat if we had to leave quickly. We walked around some, and then settled in on a stone bench. One we have used for just sitting and observing often since that night. To our right was a small building with a covered area next to it that is used for gatherings. There was a lightpost to the right of the building. As we sat, one of the others asked me to look at the building, under the light, and tell her what I saw. What I saw was very clear, very vivid. It was a woman. She had on a long dress and was pacing back and forth under the light, wringing her hands. I was fascinated. She was colorless, I'd describe her as grey, but it was as if I could have walked up and touched her. Every time she turned to pace the other way you could see her dress swirl with the movement. I looked away, then looked back, and she was still there. She slowly faded as I watched, and was gone. I've been back to the place many times and I always look for her. I haven't seen her again. I have, however heard voices and seen other things. Oh...and about the pickup...when we went to leave, the seat in the truck had been pushed back - against gravity - and was upright again. We got a good laugh out of that. Somebody wanted us to know they'd been there!
