I recently joined this PTC from the recommendation of a fellow mylotter.
When I first went on to this PTC site, it looks just like any one of the other PTC that I am on.
So as usual, I explored around and got attracted to the advertising packages they offer.
The price was good and the sites they allow one to put up in their site is also very attractive. In fact it was so good, I wanted to buy the package quickly so as not to lose out on an earning opportunity.
So, going against my normal practice, I put down some money to buy the advertising package.
Payment was made and approved by the payment processor. The necessary funds were deducted from my account. And the forms were filled accordingly.
Nothing happened. So, thinking it would take a day or two for the admin of the site to clear the request, I waited.
One week came and went... still nothing.
Mailed to the admin of the site based on both the payment receivor email and the email stated in the website, still nothing.
Two weeks passed... more emails sent... still nothing.
It has been a month since I made my payment. AND more than 10 emails sent during this period. No news of my ad package. Not even a reply from the admin.
I am putting this site in my SCAM list!
Unless proven otherwise, this site, to me, is a SCAM that took my money and never delivered the service of the ad pack to me!
People who are thinking of joining this site... BEWARE!!!!

oh dear I'm so sorry to hear about it. It's really hard to avoid scams that are so prevalent in the virtual world. It's a terrible feeling to have someone cheat us of our hard earned money. Especially so when the someone made use of the fact that we are looking for extra income to derive their extra income. It irks me to see these scammeds lurking around all over the Internet. Guess we will just have to be really careful. Remmber the old adage, if it's too good to be true it probably isn't. Cheers ;)

That is why I am trying to change my strategy right now.
Instead of trying out a program and seek downlines, I am trying to find uplines for programs that are proven to be paying.
That way, I would not risk so much in my investing money into programs that may turn out to be bogus.

i don't think it's a case of luck already. this site seems to be out to cheat. who knows how many got cheated the same way as you did.
guess it's always a case of trial and error. we would never know if it's true unless we give it a try. more so if it's calculated to one's benefit. hopefully for every scam site, there'll be at least one true site. cheers ;p

Did you inform your payment processor? You might be able to get your refund.

Yes, in fact if you paid by Paypal, quickly contact Paypal. The chance is HIGH that you will get your money back.

I did the payment with Alert Pay.
It has been a month since I made payment. I dunno if I can ever get my money back.
Sigh... I will surf around the Alert pay site to see what recourse I have.
I know if I did it with paypal, I would be able to do a reverse charge.

This was a good site, paying regularly... then the payments stopped. About a week ago I got an email from the program owner (I think his name was TinTin) saying that the person (Pu Wa?) who was running it for him wasn't running it anymore and owed a bunch of money... unfortunately, I can't dig up that email to find out if it was sent from a different address than the site address. By now, you probably know that the site can't be accessed.

that being the case, I am just plain unlucky to have put in money at the time when the Site Admin decided to close shop!
Grrr... If I only can get my money back!
Thanks for the update. I did not receive any emails with regards to that.
I hope you can find it, then share it with us here.
