I don't think there is going to be a part two. They really didn't leave the movie open enough to have a second part that would be interesting.

ew the second version of this movie its a 1000 times worse than the origninal one its called "absolute zero" or nickname "the day after tomorrow II" the special effects suck :) i dont reconmmend it to anyone

Tomorrow never comes remember? lol. I think it will take the world some time to recover a bit before another natural disaster like this one strikes again.....

There will be no, The day after tomorrow 2, because there are already so many natural diasters movies, starting from, Twister, Dante's peak, Volcano, etc.. ANd if u remember, there are always no sequel to all these movies, because everything is gonna be the same.. haha
