How do you manage stress?

Whenever I get stressed I would immediately go away from the crowd and find time for my self to breathe some air. I grab a stick of cigarette and feel better the 3rd stick. How about you?

hi!!!i dont find smoking a stressbuster,rather i would say you are inviting diseases due to smoking habit.if i feel stressed then i calm my self by taking long breathe ,also do some yoga exercises.talk to someone with whom you find peace .

To get rid my stress i do smoke too, until last year i decide to stop my habit to smoking. Well now to manage my stress i usually watching scenery outside of my house, i feel it can calm my soul when i see green plants, sometimes i just listening to the classic music.

I dont know what to do actually .LOL. Because last time when i got stressed,I was messed up. My friends tell me just calm down and go out for a walk. That works.

I just go to a quite beach and stand in there just watch the water and that make me feel relax. If there is no beach I just go inside the car and smell my jasmine perfume I always leave.
