Once I downloaded 4mb winrar file from net. When I extracted it I found almost 4 gb size. Again I downloaded 1.85 mb winrar file , i found it more than 100Mb after extraction. Once again I downloaded 6Mb winrar file and found it 256 Mb after extraction. I tried many time in winrar for compression but cannot get success. I am searching for this and ask many person but no one can able to describe successfully. So I am here to ask this with you. I hope here I can get best answer and process for compression. Happy my lotting

have you tried using 7-zip? I think they can compress that much.

I'm not that familiar with win-rar but I do know winzip works very well. In winzip you just right mouse the file and add to archive and it makes a zip file. Pretty easy.

Hey thats very very easy with a free software called "Win UHA"..it gives you ultra high compression! a ratio of 100:1!! That means if you wanna compress 100 MB it will be converted to 1 MB...That 4MB to 4GB,thats quite unfamiliar for me..but its still possible,i guess! Can you tell what you downloaded for that 4 MB?so that i too can take a loo at it...
But remember one thing, this type of compression will take some time to compression process than the regular one!
Take care.
