Any diets that actually work?- SOS CALL

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated... I have my sister in laws wedding in late november but really its something I should have done a long time ago. I need to lose weight ...I do want to do pills.

I'm in agreement - don't take pills, Stay healthy. If you don't eat anything after three hours before you go to bet you will lose 5 pounds pretty quickly. Even faster if you do some exercise within that last three hours. If you can't make it, try increasing the amount of time every night by a half hour until you can "not eat" during that three hour period. Also, if you have to eat, then eat something like a cup of "low carb" yogurt (don't go without calcium it will depleat your bones when dietign) or an apple or other fruit. I would say raw vegetables, but it usually doesn't satisfy you if your hungry, the others will get you through until bed time. Eat a huge breakfast and a medium lunch and a small dinner (like a small green salad or steamed vegetables. Eat a huge omolet for breakfast with all kinds of vegetables and maybe some bacon and cheese (limit your carbs - starches and breads). Good luck on your diet, but please do it in a healthy way.

That's a great suggestion about eating a huge breakfast. I usually skip that one..that's probably why Im so hungry... I know I just limit my carbs..but I really love fruit. I wonder if eating fruit would be okay because I need that sugar or I start to feel weak and shaky..
