i only like sleep if its refreshing.. i some times sleep 12 hours and some times i sleep 2.. i have really bad insomnia so i can go days without sleeping and then sleep a whole day and while i feel better when i am getting NO sleep it weres down my health fast and when i get a lot of sleep i wanna keep sleeping but i think mine is all about getting sleep when you can since you never know when you will be able to sleep again type thing

i enjoy sleeping and i like to sleep especially when i'm tired of work i really sleep for about 6 to 8 hours.

I usually get about 7 hours sleep and I feel ok. I think we should sleep well at our hours because it gives you enough energy for the next day. The problem is that we don´t get enough sleep at might, and try to take some quick naps in the day and then we´re not sleepy at night and it turns into a vicious cycle.
My husband stays up real late some times and if it´s a weekend,well he would stay in bed all day long. kids got used to him sleeping on weekends and i once overheard one say leave daddy alone, he´s sick! They thought he was sick because of all the sleeping! Howterrible is that!

I love sleeping!!!!!! I wish I could have more sleep than I would normally have, because I need to wake up so early for work. When I get home, I have to do more take-home work! It's very difficult to catch up on lost sleep because I like going out with my friend on weekends. Oh well...

I usually get around 5 or 6 hours of sleep a night but I do not sleep straight through the night. I am always waking up for some reason or another, I can't get comfortable, I kicked the covers off, need to go to the restroom their is always something to wake me up.

I started getting worse at sleeping these past few years from a bad neck..I've tried sleeping with and without pillows so i usually get about 5 1/2 to 6 hours of sleep..as you get older your body doesn't require as much sleep.

There are some day where I enjoy and hate sleeping; but there are also days, where I love sleeping.
Nights that are very rainy and have lots of lightning and make a lot of noise is hard to sleep through. I find them annoying and I usually toss and turn in my sleep and wakeup with a headache. This is a kind of night I would like to call a "sleepless night" and one that I hate.
Nights that are nice and warm and have a nice breeze when you open the window and it is peace and quiet is really nice and easy to sleep through. I enjoy sleeping these kind of days.
Nights that are really cold, are kind of hard to sleep through but as long as I have a warm blanket or sheets, I'm fine. I love this kind of night.
I usually sleep 7-9 hours a day in the summer because I don't go to classes and it is really peaceful in the morning. Now that summer is over, I regularly sleep 5-7 hours a night and wake up feeling tired and exhausted.
The nights that I have a dreams, I am in a deep sleep and I love these kinds of night because no-one can bother me.

I need to occasionally get an extra hour or so of sleep. This has to be in the morning. Going to bed at dusk does not help. I can't go to sleep earlier than my normal time. Taking naps during the day usually doesn't help, either. That extra sleep has to be between 6 AM and 7:30 AM. My husband goes to bed early, gets up early and still takes naps during the day. When he wakes up from his naps, he frequently says that he feels even worse.

i am fortunate to get all the sleep i need.
which is usually 8-9 hours.
i work 2 twelve hour shifts at the crisis center
and they are both night shift.
so, it takes me 2-3 days to feel rested.
of course, it is a very stressful 12 hour shift, too.
if i cannot sleep i take the all natural melatonin about
1 hour before i go to sleep. i drift right off.
