how often do you clean up your computer?

i usually do it when i think about it and when it starts slowing down or something like that, i will usually go and use the crap cleaner(at least thats what i think its called or was called)and that will take care of deleting my cookies,files and all of that stuff so that saves me a little bit of time, and then i will go and de-frag it and do all of that stuff, un-install the things that i don't use, just clean it up somewhat, and i do that probably about once every two or three weeks and i know that i should do that more often but i don't really think about it, but what about you, how often do you clean your computer up? thanks for taking the time out of your day to read and hopefully reply to my discussion, i hope that you all had a great day and evening and i hope that your night is really great too, thanks again for reading and hopefully replying to my discussion!
