Please look at your elbow

If you are working on the office and you have a working table, we usually put our elbow in the table. Did you see some changes on your elbow right now? It is getting dark isn't it? Did you notice that?

I see, then it you will use your left arm only when typing something on the keyboard, then put it again on the chin. That is why we have some red spot on our elbow.

I also noticed that to my elbows and I was trying to bring it back to its orginal color but I wasn't that effective.

Maybe that's why most people don't have hair on their elbows. I mean the part that rests on the table. Think about it.

yeah, and it is the reason why most of my female staffs used a cream from their elbow.
