How do you start you discussion after a long silent?

I had a busiest week in the whole year last week, and just recovering from it. There were more than five major thing happen in my life and I have no time her in MyLot. I try to steal some time to spend here, but I did nothing here since Friday. Yesterday (Monday) I finished all my tasks and ready to go back on track, but I couldn't write a single sentence. What happen to me? If you have a same experience, don't know what to write after a long silent?

Well, I think we all go thru this from time to time. You got so much going on in your life you'd like to talk about, but not sure where to start first. It can be a hard time indeed. But there will come a time you will feel a little more relaxed and be back to sharing and wanting to talk more as well.
